12mm Laminate Flooring features a thickened high-density core structure, delivering superior stability and durability, with a solid underfoot feel and enhanced sound insulation. It is well-suited for both residential and high-traffic commercial spaces.
The surface supports a variety of advanced customization processes, including synchronized embossed-in-register (EIR) wood grain, vintage/antique textures, stone patterns, and matte finishes, all with highly realistic and natural-looking details.
Combined with a high-wear-resistant overlay, it offers excellent scratch and abrasion resistance with outstanding color fastness—maintaining its beautiful appearance even after long-term use.

High-quality 12mm laminate flooring features a high-density fiberboard (HDF) core (density ≥900 kg/m³), consisting of four layers—wear-resistant overlay (with aluminum oxide for superior scratch/stain resistance), high-resolution decorative paper, dense HDF core, and balancing backing layer—that are fused together in a single direct pressure laminate (DPL) process under high heat (150–200°C / 300–400°F) and extreme pressure (400–600+ psi), followed by precision milling for advanced glue-free locking systems (e.g., Uniclic or 5G), embossed-in-register (EIR) texturing to match realistic wood grain, wax-sealed edges for moisture resistance, AC4–AC5 (or higher) abrasion rating, low formaldehyde emission (E0 level), water absorption rate ≤8%, and enhanced stability, impact resistance, sound insulation, and authentic underfoot feel that significantly outperforms thinner or lower-grade laminates.
